Ashbee was awarded ‘Facade Project of the Year’ for its first major project in India. Conceived by James Law, One BKC maintains a quiet, refined presence in Mumbai’s most high- profile business district.

The multi-skin facade is composed of custom-designed louver panels and Schüco’s classic unitized system. A total of 5,300 panels were fabricated and dispatched to site on a fast-tracked schedule.
